Overview
Section 1 and Section 2
Allows travelers to cancel their vacation for any reason with the guarantee of a
full refund from Continental Airlines Vacations of the package price (excluding
the cost of The Vacation Protection Plan). However, please note:
- The "cancel for any reason" provision does not cover all airfares, trip components,
penalties, and certain other surcharges. Section I of The Vacation Protection Plan
does not cover non-refundable airfares, airline-imposed cancellation fees, lost
ticket fees, unused or partially unused components or features, revision fees, or
highly restrictive components.
- Some of these trip components may be eligible for coverage under the insurance benefits
outlined in Section II of The Vacation Protection Plan.
- Reduction to the number of persons traveling and certain modifications are considered
revisions and will not be protected under The Vacation Protection Plan.
- "No Shows" – unused or non-cancelled reservations – are under full forfeiture and
are not covered under any component of this policy.

indicated in the schedule on Page 2.
